Request data deletion.
If you have worked with us as a customer, a trial participant, or a prospect who sent us details, you can ask us to delete eligible data we hold about your organisation. We respond to erasure requests within 14 days under the Kenya Data Protection (General) Regulations, 2021.
Send the request by email
Click below to open a pre-filled email. Fill in your organisation details and send it to hello@waynefoundry.com from an address we'll recognise. We'll reply to confirm receipt and ask any questions we need to verify the request.

What happens next
- 1We acknowledge your request within two working days.
- 2We verify you're authorised to make the request by checking your email matches our records, or by asking one or two questions.
- 3We delete eligible data from active systems within 14 days, then confirm in writing. Backups age out on their normal cycle, usually within 30 days.
What we delete
- • Your organisation's profile, settings, and credentials.
- • Product lists, prices, stock, delivery zones, knowledge items you uploaded.
- • Customer conversations, orders, and audit logs we processed for you.
- • Google OAuth credentials, Calendar metadata, bindings, and sync records.
- • Backups, once they age out of the rolling backup window.
Disconnect and delete Google Calendar data
- 1. In the Jibisha Console, open Bookings, then Booking calendars, and choose Disconnect Google Calendar.
- 2. Confirm Disconnect and delete. Jibisha asks Google to revoke access and permanently deletes its stored OAuth credentials, Google Calendar identifiers and details, bindings, and sync records.
- 3. Existing Jibisha-created events stay in Google Calendar but are no longer updated. You can delete those events directly in Google Calendar if you no longer want them.
If Google cannot confirm remote revocation, Jibisha still deletes its local copies and tells you to remove Jibisha from your Google Account connections. If you cannot access the Console or want wider account data deleted, use the email request above.
What we have to keep
Kenyan tax law generally requires business tax records to be kept for five years from the end of the relevant reporting period, and longer where an assessment, dispute, investigation, or proceeding requires it. Those records stay, but they only contain billing and account information, not your customers' WhatsApp conversations or your day-to-day operations data.
If you're a customer of one of our shops
If you messaged a shop that uses our agent and want your data removed, the shop is usually the data controller, so contact them directly. If you are not sure who that is, email us at hello@waynefoundry.com and we'll route the request.
Where the request relates to WhatsApp Platform Data processed for a business customer, we may need to route the request to that business because they are normally the data controller for their customer conversations.
